		<description>Im sorry but those compost rows are pretty small for an industrial operation. And just as well. It really seems that the bigger the contribution, the bigger the operation can be without negative effect, however in colder or exposed climates, indoor enclosed composting makes sense. This will add a lot to the cost of setup, however disused buildings can be utilised so long as the digger can get about easily. Go Nantucket.</description>
