The Great Pacific Garbage Patch >> A studio friend of mine  recommend I watch this video, it really opens your eyes to how horrifying trash pollution is, so watch it!

Unpackaged >> A London-based company founded in 2006 that sells all sorts of organic foods WITHOUT any packaging. A customer has to bring bags, tupperware, glass jars, etc to carry what they would like to purchase.

My Zero Waste >>  Take a look at the Green family. Follow this UK-based family’s journey to reducing their waste output every week. Some really great stories and tips for running a more sustainable household.

The Green Effect >> Check out this contest sponsored by National Geographic and SunChips. The purpose of the contest is to inspire individuals to spark a green movement in their communities. Submit a green idea to help your community and if you win, you will be granted $20,000 to put your ideas into action! I am thinking about submitting an idea of my own… wish me luck!
